7. Rangs Properties Ltd.
Known for good design and location choices. Rangs Malancha, Rangs Green — they’ve improved handover and finishing in recent years. Targets upper-middle buyers.
8. Suvastu Properties Ltd.
Affordable and steady growth. Suvastu Amily, Suvastu Heights — popular in Savar, Ashulia, Keraniganj. Good for middle-class families looking for value.
9. Assure Group
Gaining attention with plotted developments and mid-range apartments. Assure Noorjahan, Assure Heights — attractive pricing and improving reputation.
