• And all other services that are described on the website.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information and necessary materials for service completion. Holinex Digital is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information.

4. Payments & Fees

• All payments must be made as per the agreed terms.
• Invoices must be paid in full before the final delivery of any project.
• Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.

5. Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced.
• Exceptions may be made in cases of service failure directly caused by Holinex Digital.

6. Intellectual Property

• All custom work created for clients remains their intellectual property upon full payment.
• Holinex Digital reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Limitation of Liability

Holinex Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without written consent.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with a written notice. Any outstanding payments must be settled before 30 days of termination.

10. Changes to Terms

Holinex Digital reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of jurisdiction.

How and when to pay	If you hire us on the marketplace, there is no need to pay any amount in advance; you will just need to pay the charge to the marketplace. If you want to pay to our bank account, you must pay 75% in advance before we start the task and 25% after we finish it. You will get an invoice after making any kind of payment.

1. We make two types of quotations:
   
   a) Either way, you will tell us your plan and requirements for digital marketing, like, e.g., for “social media marketing “, which platforms and how many platforms, who will create the content, text, videos, graphics, how many posts, etc., and we will send you a quotation with a budget. Or
   
   b) You will tell us your URL, budget, and goals, and we will send the quote with the maximum possible service offer within your budget.
   
   
2. You can pick any all or any service (s), Onetime service charge is always negotiable and minimum service charge per-month is $100
